cWo: Then and Now Part 2
Chad Thomas vs. Josh Cantrell
This match would be hard hitting, hard nosed and hard fought. I've fought battles with and against Chad and I've had a match against Cantrell. I'll tell you this, there wasn't a more intense person in the history of cWo than Chad Thomas.....until Cantrell came along. I think this match would be back and forth with both men clinging on to their last shreds of life, but Josh Cantrell would walk away the winner.Jen Diamond (’02) vs. Chastity McGavin
Chastity McGavin is revolutionizing the sport of women's wrestling. She is the prototype of what a wrestler should be in a women's division. Jen Diamond was a TV champ and a US Champ.....in the men's division. Jen may have softened with "expereience" but if would could turn back the clock, Chastity wouldn't stand a chance.Heretic vs. Heretic
The former version of Heretic was just an out and out A**hole, this version is downright scary. Present day Heretic would send past day Heretic crying to Notorious JON...not even close.Dade Davis vs. Chazz Mendel
The two biggest mouths in the history of the cWo. Its too bad their paths never got to cross, although for our sake (and that of our eardrums) its probably a good thing. Had these two met I'm certain Davis would have to go into the match as the favorite, however, when Chazz's back is against he wall he seems to pull out all the stops. This one is too close to call, but I'm giving a slight edge to the "Villian of the Year."Notorious JON vs. Andrew Phillips
Notorious JON is and will always be the greatest champion in cWo history. Andrew Phillips has the potential to one day be mentioned in the same breath, especially after his very impressive run. However, whether its '02 or '08, I don't be against the Notorious one.And a special bonus.
“HotShot” Chris Michaels vs. Nick Dangerous
Sadly, due to John Pilchard's influence over Tony Awesome, we'll never get a chance to see this rematch. The last time, I'll admit, Nick took me out and broke my arm. Everyone gets lucky once. I don't like Nick Dangerous, but I'll admit the man is good. Not just anyone can beat him. However, we all saw Johnny Serious take him out and I have a feeling that we're going to see Raymond Jacobson, who I feel might just be the future of this business, do the same thing. Maybe, in a small way, Jacobson will be fighting this fight for the history of cWo and not the garbage that people like Pilchard and Dangerous want it to be. That's something I'll have to see first hand, and Mr. Jacobson, if you wouldn't mind, I'd like to accompany you to the ring for your bout against Nick Dangerous so I can be the first person to shake your hand after your victory.Oh..and as far as this "dream match"....we all know the "HotShot" always comes out on top!
