ONE

MAN

STAMPEDE

Red and gold strobe lights flash throughout the building and just as the song finishes up its first verse, out comes Fenton Woods, making a mock bow to the jeering crowd. Behind him, the curtains part as the mammoth form of Warren Spade stares out, cracking his tremendous neck and hands, readying for competition. Clips from some of his career highlights play with "ONE MAN STAMPEDE" interrupting every few seconds.

Pushing down the ropes, Warren steps over them with ease as he raises both hands into the air, taking in the hatred from the fans. He goes to his corner and prepares himself for the match ahead.

"The One-Man Stampede" Warren Spade's Bio
Unlike the majority of today's death-riddled, goth-bound, superhuman wrestling origins, Warren wasn't born into poverty where he had to fight for himself. There were no guns, there were no drugs, there was himself. He was a very bright student growing up in school who also happened to be a giant just like his dad, Leon Spade.

While mother Amanda stayed at home taking care of the bills and the house, Leon was on the road for over three quarters of the year, earning the paychecks as a wrestler famous throughout the Mid-South and North-West regions. While he didn't make quite so much money that he was a billionaire, he made enough for he and the family to get by.

Warren Spade growing up was into his video games and playtime He was average-minded, but his natural athleticism carried him through school, lettering in football as a defensive tackle for his high school team. He didn't have many friends, but all he needed was his sports.

When he finished high school , his dreams of college and beyond were dashed... Daddy wanted him to follow in his footsteps. Wanting to make his father proud, he complied.

So for years, rather than do what he wanted to do, he was assigned to work and train under him and family friend, Derek Woods, to work under his father's new promotion, PRESTIGE.

For three years, Warren got by on various squash and tag team matches before finally rising to the main event. Competing as the masked monster known only as Naut (short for Juggernaut), he defeated all until winning the PRESTIGE Championship. The federation soon folded thereafter when people found out Warren was the head booker's son under the mask and wanted no part of a place full of such nepotism.

Warren applied his craft over the next several years, traveling among the Mid-West until a man by the name of Fenton Woods came by, the son of Derek. Fenton didn't want Warren to waste the God-given talent that he possessed. The physical gifts that one could only long to have. He wanted the best for Warren. Spade accepted and soon, Warren found himself being managed by Fenton, his chickenshit scumbag of a supposed best friend. The bookings came, the higher pay soon followed and before he knew it, he was riding a gravy train.

Hearing that the CWO was looking for some fresh talent, Fenton sent in a few tapes and soon, the wrestler/manager tandem soon found work.

With this being the simple-minded Warren Spade's first true shot at the big time and this being Fenton Woods' first opportunity at collecting a big pay-off from his charge, the two look to make their names known amongst the Championship Wrestling Organization's elite.
